FuddStock 2025

This course specifically targets the Battle Rifle era of the 50’s to the early 90’s, coupled with the period correct days of the pre-plastic semi automatic pistols. Battle Rifles in 308 from any period are appropriate, whether it be a M1A or something more exotic like a G3 or FAL. For pistols, we really prefer you bring God’s Gun (1911 Duh) in .45 ACP, worn in a leather holster. Obviously we will be wearing Rhodie short shorts and boots the entire time because it’s our own Summer of Love. 

We intend for this to be a really fun time over 3 days of shooting rifles from up close out to 500 yards or so, plus some pistol work with transitions and what not thrown in. 

Plan on shooting about 400 rounds of rifle and 200 pistol, but feel free to bring more as we may get into it. 

Since we are all together, we will once again smoke cigars and have a BBQ dinner on the second night. 

*Non-period correct requests regarding firearms will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you are not sure if you have the appropriate gear, ask. We are doing our best to keep this period correct, if you have a wheel gun, Hi-Power, or other weird stuff, the answer is yes, if you have an AK and a Glock with a dot, probably rethink attending this. 

Packing list:

• Rifle with sling

• Pistol with holster. 

• 4-6 magazines (or more) per weapon.

• Ammunition 400 rifle, 200 pistol. Frangible is not required. No AP or TRACERS!

• Eye protection (at least one set of clear lenses)

• Hearing protection

• Knee and elbow pads

• Hat with a brim

• Magazine pouch

• Range bag

• Sunscreen

• Rain gear

• Durable footwear

• Materials for note-taking

• Cleaning gear

• Special tools (e.g., Torx, hex)

• No green tips, magnums, tracers.

• No steel core, .338 caliber, or zip guns.

• Ammunition 400 rifle, 200 pistol. Frangible is not required
