High Intensity Training (HIT) is a premier course reserved for graduates of previous TR Courses. This program is designed to push your current physical and mental limits, requiring a moderate level of physical fitness and a strong foundation in skill.
HIT introduces students to “advanced” skills, including low and no light runs in the Terminator, teamwork, communication, but ultimately a high level execution of fundamentals.
The course features physically demanding drills and exercises that test your endurance and adaptability.

- 4-6 magazines (or more)
- Frangible ammunition (1800 – 2000 rounds recommended)
- Eye protection (at least one set of clear lenses)

- Handheld tactical-style flashlight (button on the tailcap)
- Hat with a brim
- Magazine pouch
- Range bag
- Sunscreen
- Rain gear
- Durable footwear
- Materials for note-taking
- Cleaning gear
- Special tools (e.g., Torx, hex)
- Manuals for firearm, optics, etc.
Ammunition Requirements
- No green tips, magnums, tracers.
- No steel core, .338 caliber, or zip guns.
Travel Reminder When traveling with suppressors and short-barreled rifles (SBRs), ensure you carry the appropriate documentation at all times, especially in case of police stops.
